Helgerød is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located about to the north of the villages of Solløkka and Lahelle, about to the northeast of the village of Freberg, and about to the east of the city of Sandefjord. Helgerød is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Helgerød, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 206. Helgerød was originally the name of a farm. The name derives from either ''Helgaruð'' (from the male name Helgi) or ''Helguruð'' (from the female name Helga). Solløkka is a residential- and statistical area (''grunnkrets'') in Sandefjord municipality, Vestfold County, Norway. Solløkka is home to a boat harbor and beach in innermost Lahellefjord. A number of cabins and vacation homes can be found at Solløkka, as well as a campground (“Solløkka camping og leirsted”). It is home to a 70-meter sandy beach. Ball Pond
Ball Pond is an 83-acre lake located in New Fairfield, Connecticut. It is the namesake of the CDP of the same name. Ball Pond is a glacial kettle lake naturally filled by groundwater springs and surface water runoff. It is located within the drainage basin of the Housatonic River and has a watershed of . The watershed mostly contains residential developments with septic-sewage systems, which load the lake with nitrogen and phosphorus. The pond has one outflow, Ball Pond Brook, which itself drains into Candlewood Lake. The lake was originally named Lake Hahlawah after a local medicine man. Lahelle is a neighborhood and statistical area (''grunnkrets'') in Sandefjord municipality, Norway. It is the innermost part of the 5 km Lahellefjord. It was formerly spelled ''Ladhella'', which includes the word ''lada'', translating to loading or unloading vessels. The last section, -''hella'', most likely referred to the flat mountains.
