Heise, Idaho
Heise is an unincorporated community on the north side of the Snake River in Jefferson County in the U.S. state of Idaho. History Heise was founded by Richard Camor Heise, a German immigrant, between 1890 and 1900 around the hot springs in the vicinity, now named the Heise Hot Springs. By 1900, he had constructed a hotel and store, and obtained a post office to serve his spa. The spa remains popular to this day. Jefferson County is a county located in the U.S. state of Idaho. As of the 2020 Census, the county's population was 30,891. In the 2010 census, the population was 26,140. The county seat and largest city is Rigby. The county was established in 1913 and named after Thomas Jefferson, the third U.S. President. Trinity Methodist Church is a historic church at 237 N. Water Avenue in Idaho Falls, Idaho. It was built during 1916 to 1917 and was added to the National Register in 1977. With .
