Artur Talvik (born 13 June 1964) is an Estonian politician, film director, film producer, actor, and screenwriter. He was a member of the Riigikogu and a former member of the Estonian Free Party. Early life and education Tiit Sukk was born and raised in Jõgeva, Jõgeva County, where he attended primary and secondary schools. He is a 1994 graduate of Jõgeva Gymnasium.
