Hazyna Sport Club ( tk, Hazyna sport kluby) was a Turkmenistan professional football club based in Ashgabat, formerly of the Ýokary Liga. It is the football team of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. History The team was established in February 2015. Ashgabat or Asgabat ( tk, Aşgabat, ; fa, عشقآباد, translit='Ešqābād, formerly named Poltoratsk ( rus, Полтора́цк, p=pəltɐˈratsk) between 1919 and 1927), is the capital and the largest city of Turkmenistan.
