Kyle is a city in Hays County, Texas, United States. Its population grew from 28,016 in 2010 to 45,697 in 2020, making Kyle one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. Geography Kyle is located in eastern Hays County at (29.989080, –97.875947). It is bordered to the south by San Marcos and to the northwest by Mountain City. Buda ( ) is a city in Hays County, Texas, United States. The population was 15,108 in 2020, up from 7,295 counted in 2010. Buda is part of the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos metropolitan statistical area and is one of Austin's fastest growing suburbs. Residents of Buda are referred to as Budans. Lehman High School is a public high school located in Kyle, Texas, USA and classified as a 5A high school by the University Interscholastic League. It is a part of Hays CISD located in east central Hays County. It was established in 2004 and is named after the family of Ted Lehman, a former Hays CISD School Board President, who also donated a parcel of land where the school is located.
