Hayley Squires
Hayley Squires (born 16 April 1988) is an English actress and playwright, best known for her work in the Ken Loach film ''I, Daniel Blake''. Squires has also appeared in ''Call the Midwife'' (2012), '' Southcliffe'' (2013), ''Complicit'' (2013), ''Blood Cells'' (2014), ''A Royal Night Out'' (2015) and '' Murder'' (2016). Her first play, ''Vera Vera Vera'', was produced by the Royal Court Theatre in 2012. ''I, Daniel Blake'' won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival, Best British Film at the 2017 BAFTAs, and was the Audience Award winner at the San Sebastián International Film Festival. David Carlyle
David Carlyle (born 1 June 1988) is a British actor from Scotland. Following a 10 year stage career, Carlyle starred in the multi-award winning 2021 Channel 4 / HBO Max Series It’s a Sin which led to his nomination as Best Supporting Actor in the 2022 British Academy Television Awards (BAFTA) and BAFTA Scotland Audience Award for his performance as Gregory Finch, aka Gloria. Peter Strickland (born 1973) is a British film director and screenwriter. He is best known for his films ''Berberian Sound Studio'' (2012), ''The Duke of Burgundy'' (2014) and ''In Fabric'' (2018).
