Hayley Lewis (model)
Hayley Lewis (born June 7, 1993) is an American model, singer, and sportscaster. She was crowned Miss Tennessee on June 22, 2014, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee. Her singing group placed fourth in the world in a Times Square vocal competition. Lewis supports the Children's Miracle Network after receiving support from a badly broken arm when she was four years old. She's currently working as a Sports Anchor at KSHB-TV at Kansas City, Missouri. Early life and college Lewis is born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Belmont University She interned at WKRN-TV in Nashville, Tennessee while at college. Miss Tennessee
The Miss Tennessee competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Tennessee in the Miss America Scholarship Competition. Lauren Dickson of Parsons was crowned Miss Tennessee 2022 on June 25, 2022 at the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts in Memphis, Tennessee. She competed for the title of Miss America 2023 at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut in December 2022. History The Miss Tennessee pageant was first held in 1938, although the winner, Isobel Carter, was unable to compete at Miss America due to illness and so the 1st runner-up became Miss Tennessee. The following year, two winners were chosen to compete for the Miss America title. In 1940 the pageant suffered a repeat of 1938, with the winner resigning through illness and the 1st runner-up representing the state at the national competition. Hannah Williams Robison (born January 4, 1994) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Paris, Tennessee, who was crowned Miss Tennessee 2015. She competed for the Miss America 2016 crown and placed in the Top 7 finalists. Pageant career Early pageants Robison began playing the piano at age 7 and competing in pageants when she was just 12 years old. Her first pageant was at " The World's Biggest Fish Fry" festival in Paris, Tennessee. In 2010, at age 16, Robison was named "Hostess Princess" at the World's Biggest Fish Fry event. WKRN-TV (channel 2) is a television station in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, affiliated with ABC and owned by Nexstar Media Group. The station's studios are located on Murfreesboro Road (U.S. Routes 41 and 70S) on Nashville's southeast side, and its transmitter is located in Forest Hills, Tennessee. History The station first signed on the air on November 29, 1953, as WSIX-TV, broadcasting on VHF channel 8; it was the second television station in Nashville.
