Hayden Fitzwilliams
Hayden Fitzwilliams (born January 31, 1975) is a Trinidadian former footballer who played as a midfielder and forward and played at the international level with the Trinidad and Tobago national football team. Playing career Youth career Fitzwilliams began playing football at the youth level with St Clair Coaching School in his native Trinidad. He also played at the college level with the University of New Haven. Early career In 2002, he went abroad to Canada to play in the Canadian Professional Soccer League with the Mississauga Olympians. He scored his first goal for the club on September 18, 2002, against St. Catharines Wolves, which included a hattrick. Within five matches he would score six goals. He helped Mississauga secure a postseason by recording the winning goal against Hamilton Thunder in a 3-2 victory. The ''Brampton Guardian'' is a locally distributed, free, weekly community newspaper in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. History In the late 1950s, the Bramalea development began, under the oversight of Bayton Holdings Ltd., then Bramalea Consolidated Developments Limited. An attempt at a self-contained community, the "satellite city" included industrial parks, shopping centres, and other conveniences. Bramalea Limited created a newspaper for the community, ''The Bramalea Guardian''. ''The Guardian'' was first published August 13, 1964, as a weekly in tabloid format publication. Brampton City United FC is a Canadian soccer team, founded in 2002. The team plays in the Lika Supergroup Open Division. The club plays out of Victoria Park Stadium in the community of Brampton, Ontario. The Metro Lions were the second club from Scarborough, Toronto to join the Canadian Professional Soccer League in 2002. In their debut season, the team was an instant threat to the established clubs in the league finishing runners up in their division, and reaching the semi-finals in the postseason. The Lions struggled in their sophomore season, but rebounded the following season. In 2005, the organization merged with the Oakville Soccer Club and Oakville Premier Soccer Academy which resulted in the relocation to Oakville, Ontario under the name Oakville Blue Devils. The Ontario Cup is a soccer tournament for clubs based in the province of Ontario in Canada. It began play in 1901 under the Ontario Football Association League, now known as the Ontario Soccer Association, and is the oldest association football competition in North America. Serbian White Eagles Football Club ( sr, Фудбалски клуб Српски бели орлови / ''Fudbalski klub Srpski beli orlovi'') is a Canadian soccer team. The team is a member of the Canadian Soccer League, an unsanctioned soccer league. The team's home kit is all white commemorating the white double-headed eagle which appears on the Serbian flag while the away colours are red-blue-white commemorating the tricolour of the Serbian flag. CSL Championship
The Canadian Soccer League championship final or CSL Championship is the post-season match of the Canadian Soccer League (CSL) and is the successor to the CNSL Championship. The winner is crowned champion in the same manner as in other North American sports leagues (i.e. via a playoff following a regular season). This differs from other top soccer leagues around the world which consider the club with the most points at the end of the season to be the sole champion. It is a Non-FIFA championship match that was previously sanctioned by the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) but is now affiliated with the Soccer Federation of Canada (SFC).
