Hayden Beltz
Hayden Beltz (born 8 September 1997) is a field hockey player from Australia. Personal life Hayden Beltz was born and raised in Hobart, Tasmania. He has an older brother, Joshua, who is a member of the Australian senior national team. Career Club hockey In 2018, Beltz was signed to play for Surbiton in the England Hockey League for the 2018–2019 season. During his time at Surbiton, Beltz also represented the team during the 2018–2019 EHL. Domestic leagues Australian Hockey League Hayden Beltz made his Australian Hockey League (AHL) debut in 2015 representing his home state Tasmania as a member of the Tassie Tigers. During his four–season career with the Tigers, Beltz won bronze at two tournaments, in 2015 and during the final edition of the tournament in 2018. Western Australian Institute Of Sport
The Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) is an elite sports institute set up in 1983 by the Government of Western Australia to support athletes in Western Australia. Previously, if elite athletes from Western Australian needed to train or receive coaching at an international level they had to move to one of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) campuses which were generally based in the eastern states. The founding director was Wally Foreman who held the position for 17 years until 2001. 2015 Sultan Of Johor Cup
The 2015 Sultan of Johor Cup was the fifth edition of the Sultan of Johor Cup. It was held in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia from 11 to 18 October 2015. The number of teams for this year's cup is the same compared to the previous tournament where six teams competed. New Zealand who competed previously, will not join this edition and Argentina had been invited. Great Britain defeated India 4–3 in a penalty shootout after being tied 2–2 in the final match to win the cup. Hockey Tasmania
Hockey is a term used to denote a family of various types of both summer and winter team sports which originated on either an outdoor field, sheet of ice, or dry floor such as in a gymnasium. 2019 Men's Hockey One
The 2019 Men's Sultana Bran Hockey One was the inaugural men's edition of Hockey Australia's national league, ''Hockey One''. The tournament was held across 7 states and territories of Australia. The tournament started on 29 September and culminated on 16 November 2019. The grand final of the tournament was hosted by HC Melbourne, as the top ranked team to qualify for the final in the women's league. NSW Pride won the tournament after defeating Brisbane Blaze 8–3 in the final. Tassie Tigers finished in bronze position, following results from the pool stage. 2018 Men's Australian Hockey League
The 2018 Men's Australian Hockey League was the 26th edition of the men's field hockey tournament. The 2018 edition of the tournament was be held between 6 – 28 October, and featured a new format from previous editions. The finals phase of the 2018 tournament was held in the Queensland city of the Gold Coast, from the 25 – 28 October. QLD Blades won the tournament for a record tenth time after defeating NSW Waratahs 5–3 in the gold-medal match. Tassie Tigers claimed the bronze medal after defeating the Canberra Lakers 1–0.
