Hawkeye (1994 TV Series)
''Hawkeye'' (also referred to as ''Hawkeye: The First Frontier'') is a television series, airing in syndication for one season during 1994–1995, and produced by Stephen J. Cannell. The series was filmed in North Vancouver and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Based on characters from the '' Leatherstocking Tales'', a set of novels written by James Fenimore Cooper, the series takes place in 1755 Hudson Valley, New York during the French and Indian War. It follows the main character, Natty Bumppo ( Lee Horsley), his Native American companion Chingachgook ( Rodney A. Lee Horsley
Lee Arthur Horsley (born May 15, 1955) is an American film, television, and theater actor known for starring roles in the television series ''Nero Wolfe'' (1981), '' Matt Houston'' (1982–1985), and ''Paradise'' (1988–1991). He starred in the 1982 film ''The Sword and the Sorcerer'' and recorded the audiobook edition of ''Lonesome Dove''. Career Horsley began his acting career touring in stage productions of ''West Side Story'', ''Damn Yankees'', and ''Oklahoma!''. Jesús Salvador Treviño (born March 26, 1946 in El Paso, Texas) is an American television director of Mexican descent. Brad Turner is a Canadian film director, television director and photographer. Life and career Born in Bayfield, Ontario, Canada, on June 22.
