Hawaii Five-0 (2010 TV Series, Season 9)
The ninth season of the police procedural drama series '' Hawaii Five-0'' premiered on CBS on September 28, 2018, for the 2018–19 television season in the United States. CBS renewed the series for a ninth season in April 2018, that was originally expected to contain 22 episodes; however, CBS ordered additional episodes bringing the total count to 25. The season concluded on May 17, 2019. The series continues to center on the Five-0 Task Force, a specialized state police task force, established by the Hawaiian Governor that investigates major crimes in the state of Hawaii including murder, terrorism, and human trafficking. The ninth season features ten starring roles, all of which returned from the previous season. Alex O'Loughlin
Alex O'Loughlin (born 24 August 1976) is an Australian actor, writer, director, and producer, who played Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett on CBS' remake of the TV series ''Hawaii Five-0'' (2010–2020). He had starring roles in the films ''Oyster Farmer'' (2004) and ''The Back-up Plan'' (2010), as well as on such television series as ''Moonlight'' (2007-2008) and '' Three Rivers'' (2009-2010). Early life O'Loughlin was born on 24 August 1976, in Canberra, Australia. He is of Irish and Scottish descent. His father is a physics and astronomy teacher in Sydney and his mother is a nurse. Terrance Quinn (born July 15, 1952), known professionally as Terry O'Quinn, is an American actor.
