Leander Haußmann
Leander Haußmann (sometimes Haussmann) (; born 26 June 1959, Quedlinburg) is a German theatre and film director. The son of actor Ezard Haußmann and costume designer Doris Haußmann, he attended the Ernst Busch theatre school in Berlin. Haußmann was the theatre director of the city theatre in Bochum (Schauspielhaus Bochum). He also wrote and acted in several plays (1995–2000), and had a role in the Detlev Buck film '' Jailbirds'' (1996). His feature film breakthrough came with ''Sonnenallee'' in 1999. His second feature, ''Herr Lehmann'', followed in 2003. His production of ''Die Fledermaus'' in Munich was controversial, compounding the trouble surrounding his production of ''Peter Pan''. As a result, his scheduled production of ''Romeo and Juliet'' was cancelled. Ezard Haußmann
Ezard Haußmann (10 February 1935 – 6 November 2010) was a German stage, television and film actor. He and costume designer Doris Haußmann were the parents of film director Leander Haußmann. Haußmann appeared in several of his son's films, with including ''Sonnenallee'' in 1999 and '' NVA'' in 2005. Haußmann was born in Berlin on 10 February 1935 to Eric Haußmann, an actor, and Ruth Wenger. He appeared in his first theater role at the age of 18. Caspar Herman Hausmann
Caspar Herman Hausmann was a Danish-Norwegian General, lumber merchant and squire. He was born 10 January 1653 at Segeberg in the Danish duchy of Holsten (now Holstein), which was then in union with Denmark-Norway. He died 9 September 1718 in Christiania (now Oslo) and lies in a crypt in Oslo Cathedral. He was married to Karen Nielsdatter Toller (1662–1742). He was a half-brother by Margaret Pape with Ulrik Frederik Gyldenløve (1638–1704) — Gyldenløve was King Frederick III of Denmark's acknowledged illegitimate son and ''Statholder'' (viceroy) to Norway from 1664 until 1699. Military service Hausmann participated as a Danish officer in the Scanian War from 1675 to 1679 and was promoted to lieutenant colonel in 1678. Michael Hausman
Michael Hausman is an American musician and talent manager, known for his collaboration with former-girlfriend and bandmate Aimee Mann. Hausman attended Berklee College of Music and played with a Boston band called The Dark before becoming the drummer for the new wave band 'Til Tuesday in the mid-'80s; the group's best-known hit, "Voices Carry" is said to have been inspired by an argument between Hausman and bandmate (and one-time girlfriend) Aimee Mann. The producer of the song, Mike Thorne, disputed this and stated that the lyrics originally had Mann singing to another woman, though the sex was changed owing to pressure from the record label. Walter Ader Hausman (7 November 1912 – unknown) was a Czech origin Chilean chess player, Chilean Chess Championship winner (1966). Biography Walter Ader Hausman was born as Walter Ader in South Moravian Region. In 1938 he won the championship of the Central Society of Czech Chess Players. Thomas Matthew Hausman (March 31, 1953 – January 16, 2019) was a Major League Baseball pitcher. He was the first free agent signing of the New York Mets. Early career Hausman was born in Mobridge, South Dakota, but moved to California as a child. He was an All-state baseball and basketball player, and pitched two years of American Legion ball in La Verne, California. The Milwaukee Brewers drafted the right hander right out of high school in the tenth round of the 1971 Major League Baseball draft.
