Hatim (Dawoodi Bohra)
Hatim ibn Ibrahim al-Hamidi () (died 16 Muharram 596 AH, 6 November 1199 AD), Al-Hutaib, Yemen) was the third Tayyibi Isma'ili '' Dāʿī al-Muṭlaq'' (Absolute Missionary). He was of the Banu Hamdan tribe of Yemen and succeeded his father, the second Dai Syedna Ibrahim, to the religious post. Followers used to come to Syedna Hatim from all over Haraz and just below Hutaib was a cave known as Al-Kahf ul-N`eem where he used to preach to them. In San’aa, the Dawat was ably managed by the Dai's Mazoon, Syedna Mohammad b. Hatim Al-Tai
Hatim al-Tai ( ar, حاتم الطائي, ''Hatim of the Tayy tribe''; died 578), full name Ḥātim bin ʿAbd Allāh bin Saʿd aṭ-Ṭāʾiyy ( ar, حاتم بن عبد الله بن سعد الطائي) was the ruling prince and poet of the Tayy tribe of Arabia. Stories about his extreme generosity have made him an icon among Arabs up until today, as evident in the proverbial phrase "more generous than Hatim" ( ar, أكرم من حاتم, translit=ʾakram min Ḥātim). Additionally, he is known to be a model of Arab manliness. The tales of Hatim are also popular in Northern India and Pakistan, where he is known as Hatimtai (हातिमताई). His son was Adi ibn Hatim, who was a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Hatim (horse)
The San Antonio Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. Raced on the dirt, it is for horses age three and older. In 2017, the distance was shortened from miles to miles. The race was originally run under handicap conditions but is now run under allowance weight conditions, with specified weight reductions for horses who meet certain conditions. The San Antonio has been a Grade II event since 1990. The current purse is $200,000. The San Antonio was traditionally run in February and was frequently used as a prep race for the Santa Anita Handicap. In 2017, the race was run once in February, and then again on December 26, the opening day of the Santa Anita winter-spring meet. With its new position in the stakes calendar, the race now serves as a prep for the Pegasus World Cup. ''Hatim'' is an Indian television series that aired on Star Plus from 26 December 2003 until 12 November 2004. It has elements of fantasy, drama, and many other genres. Plot In the Middle Ages, ''Hatim'', the newborn son of the Emperor of Yemen, is proclaimed to spread the messages of peace and goodness. The son of the Emperor of Jaffar is born at the same time, and a palace resident named Najumi performs black magic to make the baby a servant of evil spirits. The Emperor of Jaffar decides that it would be better for the world if his newborn son is killed, and orders the baby's heart to be burned. Najumi burns a rabbit's heart instead and shows it to the Emperor, leading the Emperor to believe that his orders have been carried out.
