Hassan Samih Chaito
Hassan Samih Chaitou ( ar, حسن سميح شعيتو, ; born 16 June 1991), also known as Shibriko (, ), is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a left-back for club Safa. Coming through their youth sector, Chaitou made his senior debut in the Lebanese Second Division with Khoyol in 2011. He moved to Safa in the Lebanese Premier League two years later, helping them win a Lebanese Super Cup in 2013. Chaitou joined Ansar in 2015, quickly establishing himself as a regular. He has won a league title, two Lebanese FA Cups and one Super Cup with the side. Chaitou initially represented Lebanon internationally at under-22 level, playing at the 2013 AFC U-22 Championship qualification in 2012. Hassan Ali Chaito ( ar, حسن علي شعيتو, ; born 20 March 1989), also known as Moni (, ), is a Lebanese professional footballer and former futsal player who plays as an attacking midfielder for club Bourj. Chaito began his career in the Lebanese Third Division at Jihad Hay Sellom, before moving to the Lebanese Premier League at Ahed in 2009. Simultaneously he began his futsal career, first playing at the Lebanese Canadian Bank, then at Sadaka from 2010 to 2014, before going back to playing football. A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. The 2020–21 Lebanese FA Cup was the 48th edition of the national football cup competition of Lebanon. It started with the round of 16 on 28 April 2021, and ended on 12 May with the final. Lebanese Premier League side Ahed were the defending champions, having won the 2018–19 edition; they lost to finalists Nejmeh in the quarter-finals. The 2020–21 Lebanese Premier League was the 59th season of the Lebanese Premier League, the top Lebanese professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 1934. The league was initially scheduled to start on 18 September, before being postponed to 3 October as part of preventive measures by the state towards the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the first season to feature a "split" format, in which the season was divided into two phases. In the first phase, each club played against each other once, for a total of 11 matchdays. In the second phase, the league was split into two halves – the "top six" and the "bottom six". Points were carried over from the first phase, and each club played five games within its own half.
