Hassan Hosny
Hassan Hosny ( ar, حسن حسني) (June 19, 1931 – May 30, 2020) was an Egyptian actor and comedian. He was known for El Nazer ("The headmaster") (2000), El basha telmiz (2004) and Zaky Chan (2005). Widely regarded as a veteran of Egyptian cinema, his acting career spanned over 50 years and included performances in almost 500 films, television programs and theatre plays. He has been referred to as the Joker of Egyptian cinema. Biography Hassan Hosny was born in the citadel district of Cairo on June 19, 1936. Born to an entrepreneur father, he lost his mother when he was six years old. Described as a thespian during his school years, Hosny started acting in the 1960s in theatre plays as part of the Egyptian military's theatrical group. His breakthrough role came when he starred as a corrupt civil servant in the popular TV show My Dear Children, Thank You'''. The Innocent (1986 Film)
''The Innocent'' (Arabic البرئ, pronounced: Alparee') is an Egyptian feature film, released on 15 August 1986, starring Ahmed Zaki, Gamil Ratib, and Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. Plot The film depicts Ahmed Sabe' El Leil (Ahmed Zaki), a young poor farmer, who is serving his mandatory military year. As a result of his marksmanship, he is chosen as a prison guard. At the prison, he encounters the political prisoners who are treated inhumanely. He follows orders to torture and humiliate the prisoners, and even perform executions, Trucks full of university students who participated in the 1977 bread riots are brought to this prison, among them is his old friend from the village, Hussein Wahdan. Through Hussein the young guard discovers how oppressive and corrupt the government is, and Ahmed refuses to torture Hussein. ''El-Limby'' ar, اللمبي is an Egyptian comedy movie that hit the theaters in 2002, starring the stars of Arabic cinema Mohamed Saad that played the role of a husband called El-Limby, Hasan Hosni, Hala Shiha, and Abla Kamel. The movie El-Limby is considered to be a major hit in Arabic cinema as it influenced the demand for Arabic movies and made the people want more movies like it.
