Hasan Imam
Syed Hasan Imam (born 27 July 1935) is an actor, film director, television director and cultural personality in Bangladesh. He earned Ekushey Padak (1999), Independence Day Award (2016) and Bangladesh National Film Award for Lifetime Achievement (2014). He was part of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra during the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. He became an honorary fellow of Bangla Academy in 2010. Early life Imam's father died when he was two years old. He passed matriculation exam from Bardhawan Town School. He then graduated from Burdwan Raj College. He played both cricket and football in West Bengal School teams. He won the first prize in Rabindra Sangeet category in All India Festival. He worked in National Bank of Pakistan. Career Imam started his film career with the film ''Dharapat'' (1961). Bardhaman
Bardhaman (, ) is a city and a municipality in the state of West Bengal, India. It is the headquarters of Purba Bardhaman district, having become a district capital during the period of British rule. Burdwan, an alternative name for the city, has remained in use since then. Etymology The history of Burdwan is known from about 5000 BC (the Mesolithic or Late Stone Age). The origin of this name dates back to the sixth century BCE and is ascribed to Vardhamāna or Mahāvīra (599-527 BCE), the 24th Tīrthāṅkara of Jainism, who spent some time in Astikagrama, according to the Jain scripture of Kalpa Sūtra. This place was renamed as ''Vardhamana'' in his honour. History During the period of Jahangir this place was named Badh-e-dewan (district capital). ''Ghuddi'' is a 1980 Bangladeshi romantic drama film directed by Syed Salahuddin Zaki, who also wrote story, screenplay and dialogue. It is the first film directed by Salahuddin Zakir. Subarna Mustafa has played the main role in film with Raisul Islam Asad, Nasir Uddin Yusuf, Tariq Anam Khan, Nayla Azad Nupur, Syed Hasan Imam and Happy Akhand in supporting roles.। Subarna Mustafa debuted in the film. In the film, Raisul Islam Asad was a freedom fighter in the film and he is also a freedom fighter in the real life. Ghuddi was released on 19 December 1980. National Film Award (Bangladesh) For Lifetime Achievement Recipients

Nurul Momen
Nurul Momen (25 November 1908 – 16 February 1990) was a Bangladeshi playwright, educator, director, broadcast personality, academician, satirist, essayist, translator and poet.Bangla Natyashahitter Itihash, the most authoritative reference book on Bengali theater He served as a faculty member in the capacities of professor and dean at the faculty of Law in the University of Dhaka. He also served as a lawyer. He is called "Father of Bangladeshi theatre" and "Natyaguru" (or Natyo Guru or Natto Guru) of Bangladesh (''The Grand Teacher of Drama and Theatre'').
