Haruyo Morita
is a Japanese artist born in Kita-Katsushika District, Saitama, Saitama Prefecture in 1945. She worked as a kimono painter until 1972. Her primary art subjects are women in kimono and idyllic settings. Education From an early age her artistic talents were evident, and as a schoolgirl in 1960 her work was accepted for a regional art competition. She won prizes at the prefecture art exhibition (1962) and the Dai-cho ten exhibition. She served the mandatory apprenticeships and worked as a kimono painter and designer until 1972, before turning to her best-known style painting women in splendid kimono costumes and imaginative settings. Haruyo Ichikawa
was a Japanese film actress and singer whose career spanned five decades. Career Born in Nagano Prefecture, Hara made her motion picture debut in 1926 at Nikkatsu when she was still in her early teens. She easily made the transition to adult roles and even to sound film with her good voice. In the 1930s she released her own records and starred in musicals like ''Singing Lovebirds''. She also appeared in serious dramas such as Shirō Toyoda's ''Young People'' or Arnold Fanck's ''Die Tochter des Samurai''. She moved into by-roles in the postwar, but continued acting until the 1960s, appearing in a total of over 180 films. She died of old age on 18 November 2004 at the age of 91. She was married to the sound recording engineer Ken'ichi Kagara. Haruyo Shimamura
is a Japanese volleyball player who plays for NEC Red Rockets. She also plays for the All-Japan women's volleyball team. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Women's volleyball. Life Shimamura was born in 1992. She played for the All-Japan team for the first time at the Montreux Volley Masters in May 2013 and in 2016 she played at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
