Harry McCue
Harry McCue (8 July 1957– ) is a former Irish association football player who alternately played as a defender and a midfielder. In a playing career spanning over 30 years, McCue represented Home Farm, Shamrock Rovers, Athlone Town A.F.C., Drogheda United and Dundalk in the League of Ireland. He also enjoyed spells in the United States, Northern Ireland, and Australia. Aa a player, he was a three-time winner of the League of Ireland. Early career McCue was raised on the Fruit Markets district of North Dublin where he began playing football with local team St Michans. His father had enjoyed a notable football career in the 1950s and '60s, lining out for Bohemians, Limerick and Waterford, in addition to representing Ireland amateurs. Seán Thomas
Seán Thomas (died 24 June 1999) was an Irish football manager. Club management After a short playing career with Home Farm and C.Y.M.S., a left back who had to give up playing because of an injury, he attended Loughborough University for periods from 1956–1959 to learn all the aspects of successful coaching. Thomas had short spells as coach at Sligo Rovers and Home Farm before moving to Shamrock Rovers in 1961 for Rovers' tour in the International Soccer League (1960-1965). In his 3 years at Glenmalure Park, he picked up one League of Ireland title, 2 FAI Cups and 2 League of Ireland Shields. After the 2–2 draw with Valencia CF at the Estadio Mestalla in the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup on 10 October 1963, Thomas commented "to say I am proud of the team is an understatement, I have never felt so proud of Shamrock Rovers as I have tonight. Dave Bacuzzi
David Reno Bacuzzi (12 October 1940 – 21 April 2020) was an English footballer and manager who played for Arsenal, Manchester City and Reading. He also represented England as a youth international. After a moderately successful career in the English League, Bacuzzi settled in the Republic of Ireland where he enjoyed a successful spell as player-manager with Cork Hibernians before going on to manage Home Farm. He later opened a travel agency in Dublin. Bacuzzi was born into an Anglo-Italian family that had settled in London. His paternal grandparents originally came from Milan. His father, Joe Bacuzzi, was also a notable footballer, playing as a defender for both Fulham and England during the Second World War. Ray O'Brien
Ray O'Brien (born 21 May 1951) is an Irish former professional footballer. Early life O'Brien was born in Dublin. Career O'brien began his career with Shelbourne before transferring to Manchester United. He was then transferred to Notts County F.C. in 1974 for £45,000 without making the first team at Old Trafford. At Meadow Lane he created a club record in 1979–80 when he became the first full back to finish as leading scorer. He spent ten years at County making over 300 Football League appearances. Fran O'Brien (footballer)
Fran O'Brien (born 7 April 1955) is an Irish footballer who played during the 1970s and 1980s. He was the first player to be capped for the Republic of Ireland playing in U.S., earning a total of four caps. He now coaches for the premier club, PacNW, in Seattle WA. Player He won a league winners medal with Bohemians in 1974/75. During his career with Bohs, Fran made 62 league appearances with 1 goal and 8 appearances in European competition scoring 1 goal. In 1978, O'Brien moved along with Pat Byrne and Eddie Byrne to the Philadelphia Fury of the North American Soccer League (NASL).
