Harry Cardwell
Harry James Cardwell (born 28 October 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-forward for National League side Southend United. He is considered strong, skilful and with a good turn of pace and excellent movement in leading the line. At the age of 10, Cardwell started his career with Hull City's youth system. He was then snapped up, aged 16, for £75,000 by Reading in 2013, joining as part of their academy setup. Two one-month loan spells followed, at National League sides Woking in 2015 and Braintree Town in 2016. After being released by Reading, Cardwell went on trial with League Two side Grimsby Town and signed a contract in July 2017 before moves to Chorley and Southend. Penalty Kick (association Football)
A penalty kick (commonly known as a penalty or a spot kick) is a method of restarting play in association football, in which a player is allowed to take a single shot at the goal while it is defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. It is awarded when an offence punishable by a direct free kick is committed by a player in their own penalty area. The shot is taken from the penalty mark, which is 11 m (12 yards) from the goal line and centred between the touch lines. Scott David Rendell (born 21 October 1986) is an English footballer who plays as a striker for AFC Totton. Career Early career Rendell was born in Ashford, Surrey, but lived in Basingstoke, Hampshire. He started his career with Staines Albion, where he played until the age of 16. After this, Rendell was signed onto the books of Aldershot Town before joining nearby Reading. Unable to break into the Reading first-team, he was loaned back to Aldershot, and had work experience loans at Forest Green Rovers and Hayes. The intention of the EPPP is to improve the quality and quantity of home-grown players produced by top English clubs.
