Aaron Haroon Rashid simply known as Haroon, is a British-born Pakistani Peabody award winning singer-songwriter, music producer, composer, director and social activist. Haroon Iqbal "Harry" Khan (born 10 May 1991) is a Pakistan-British professional boxer, and Commonwealth Games Bronze medallist. Personal life Khan was born in Bolton, England, to a Pakistani Punjabi family with roots in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He is the younger brother of former WBA and IBF World Light Welterweight Champion Amir Khan and is the first cousin of English cricketer Sajid Mahmood, related through a Paternal grandfather, Lal Khan, who came to England after being discharged from the Pakistan Army. Haroon Rahim
Haroon Rahim (born 12 November 1949) is a Pakistani former tennis player. The former Pakistan and Asian No. 1, Rahim was the youngest tennis player ever to play for Pakistan in the Davis Cup at 15 years of age. He was also the highest ranking Pakistani tennis player (a career-high singles ranking of World No. 34 in October 1977). He led the UCLA team to victory with Jeff Borowiak and Jimmy Connors in 1970–71 and was 1971 NCAA doubles champion with Jeff Borowiak. Rahim was from the Punjab city of Lahore, from a large family of avid tennis players. His father, Mir Abdur Rahim, was a civil servant who encouraged his children, sons and daughters, to play tennis. On 22 April 1972, Poon Sai Im, a 58-year-old provisions shop owner who lived in Pulau Ubin, Singapore, was ambushed by two men, who had gone from the mainland to the island to rob her of money, cigarettes and gold items. When one of Poon's attackers went into the room to look for valuables, the other attacker, 19-year-old Mohamed Yasin bin Hussin, alias Rosli, took upon himself to rape the victim and while doing so caused the elderly victim to die from fatal rib fractures (caused by Yasin sitting on top of her). Harun bin Idris (22 December 1925 – 19 October 2003) was a Malaysian politician and the 8th Menteri Besar of Selangor.
