Harold Medina (footballer)
Harold Joshua Medina (born 30 January 2002) is a Nicaraguan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga Primera club Real Estelí and the Nicaragua national team. Career A youth academy graduate of Real Estelí, Medina made his league debut on 22 August 2019 in a 3–0 win against Deportivo Las Sabanas. Medina is a current Nicaraguan youth international. He has played for youth national teams at 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship and 2020 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifiers. In October 2020, he received maiden call-up to senior team. Bluefields
Bluefields is the capital of the South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, South Caribbean Autonomous Region in Nicaragua. It was also the capital of the former Mosquito Coast, Kingdom of Mosquitia, and later the Zelaya Department, which was divided into North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, North and South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Regions. Honduras National Football Team
The Honduras national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Honduras) represents Honduras in men's international football. The team is governed by the Federación Nacional Autónoma de Fútbol de Honduras (FENAFUTH). They are nicknamed ''Los Catrachos'', ''La Bicolor,'' or ''La H''. Honduras has qualified for the World Cup three times, in 1982, 2010, and 2014, and never advanced beyond the group stage. The 2020–21 Liga Primera de Nicaragua season was divided into two tournaments, Apertura and Clausura. The season determined the 75th and 76th champions in the history of the Liga Primera de Nicaragua, the top division of football in Nicaragua. The Apertura tournament was played in the second half of 2020, while the Clausura was played in the first half of 2021. Format The Apertura playoff format was changed from previous years, while the Clausura used the same 4-team playoff format. For the Apertura, the top four teams from the regular stage advanced to a "quadrangular" double-round robin instead of a playoff stage. The regular stage and quadrangular winners played to decide the tournament's champion, but ultimately the same team won both and the final was not necessary. 2020 CONCACAF U-20 Championship Qualifying
The 2020 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifying stage took place between 15–23 February 2020. The teams competed for four of the 20 berths in the 2020 CONCACAF U-20 Championship final tournament. Teams The qualifying format changed from the 2016 edition (no qualifying was held for the 2018 edition), and the teams were no longer divided into regional zones. The 41 CONCACAF teams were ranked based on the CONCACAF Men’s Under-20 Ranking as of June 2019. A total of 33 teams entered the tournament.
