Harold H. Dammermann
Harold H. Dammermann (July 13, 1932 – August 29, 2009) was an American businessman, farmer, and politician. Dammermann was born in Luverne, Rock County, Minnesota. He lived with his wife and family in Maynard, Chippewa County, Minnesota and was a businessman, a farmer, and the owner of Impact Plastic Company. Dammermann served on the Maynard School Board. Luverne () is a city in Rock County, Minnesota, United States, along the Rock River. The population was 4,946 at the 2020 census. Its county seat is Luverne, Minnesota, Luverne. History The county was formed on May 23, 1857, by act of the territorial legislature, but was not organized at that time. The area was designated ''Pipestone County'', and the name ''Rock County'' was attached to the present Pipestone County, Minnesota, Pipestone. In 1862 the Minnesota state legislature changed the designations, attaching the present names to the present counties. Chippewa County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 12,598. Its county seat is Montevideo. The county was formed in 1862, and was organized in 1868. History Chippewa County was organized on March 5, 1868, after having been part of Renville County. The northern boundary change separating it from Swift County led to reorganization on February 18, 1870. The first three county commissioners, appointed by the governor, were Daniel S.
