Sølve Skagen (born 17 February 1945) is a Norwegian film director. He was born in Eid, Sogn og Fjordane, and is related to Kaj Skagen. Tom Tellefsen (30 October 1931 – 17 January 2012) was a Norwegian actor. He was born in Asker. He was married to actress Rut Tellefsen from 1955 to 1962. He made his film debut in 1949, in Arne Skouen's '' Gategutter'', and also played in ''Circus Fandango'' from 1954 and '' Blodveien'' from 1955. His stage debut was at Det Norske Teatret in 1959, and he worked at this theatre until his retirement in 2001. This is a list of submissions to the 59th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. The Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film was created in 1956 by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to honour non-English-speaking films produced outside the United States. The award is handed out annually, and is accepted by the winning film's director, although it is considered an award for the submitting country as a whole. Bernhard Ramstad (born 29 December 1946) is a Norwegian actor, theatre instructor and director. He made his debut at Trøndelag Teater in 1966. He was formally employed there from 1968 to 1970, and then worked at Nationaltheatret from 1970 to 1971, Hålogaland Teater from 1971 to 1977 and Telemark Teater from 1977 to 1986.
