is a railway station in the city of Minamisōma, Fukushima, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East). Lines Haranomachi Station is served by the Joban Line, and is located 286.9 km from the official starting point of the line at . Station layout The station has a side platform and an island platform connected to the station building by a footbridge. The station has a ''Midori no Madoguchi'' staffed ticket counter. is a limited express train service operated in Japan by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) on the Jōban Line between Shinagawa Station / Ueno Station in Tokyo and Sendai Station in Miyagi Prefecture. The ''Tokiwa'' service follows the same route but makes additional stops. History The name was taken from the former Hitachi Province (常陸), which is now part of the Ibaraki Prefecture.
