''Happiness'' is the second album by Lisa Germano. Released by Capitol Records in 1993, it was re-released by 4AD Records the following year. A music video was produced for the single "You Make Me Want to Wear Dresses." Track listing All tracks written by Lisa Germano, except 5 written by Germano/Joyce, and 10 written by Lee Hazlewood. The title of track 2 was changed to "The Dresses Song" on all subsequent re-releases of this album, while 10 and 11 have been omitted completely. John Joseph "Jay" Joyce is an American record producer, songwriter and session musician. In the 1990s, Joyce, with Chris Feinstein and Brad Pemberton, recorded and toured as Iodine and began working as a record producer, working with artists such as The Wallflowers, Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, White Reaper and Cage the Elephant. Bob Lanois
Robert Jacques Lanois (April 4, 1948 – April 19, 2021) was a Canadian sound engineer, record producer, and harmonica player. He released his first album, ''Snake Road'', in 2006, in collaboration with his brother Daniel Lanois. He also recorded an album with guitarist Tom Wilson, entitled ''The Shack Recordings Volume One''. Among other credits, he co-produced Simply Saucer's demo tape with Daniel. He was also given a credit in the "Thanks to" section of U2's ''The Joshua Tree'' album credits. Bob Lanois travelled to Sweden in 2007, performing shows together with eclectic Swedish band Big Is Less after having met the band's guitarist Tommy Sahlin via MySpace. In 2008, Lanois, as producer, teamed up with Mass Conception (a Canadian indie band) which resulted in the release of a six-song EP entitled ''No Pun Intended''. Kathryn "Trina" Shoemaker is an American mixer, record producer and sound engineer responsible for producing/engineering and/or mixing records for bands such as Queens of the Stone Age, Sheryl Crow, Emmylou Harris, Something for Kate, Nanci Griffith, Kristin Hersh, and many more. Early life and career Shoemaker was born in Joliet, Illinois, and attended Joliet Central High School. After graduating in 1983, she moved to Los Angeles and got a job working as a secretary at Capitol Records. She then briefly moved to London where she worked with artist Hugh Harris. On her return to the United States, she began working for producer Daniel Lanois at Kingsway Studios in New Orleans. In 1992 she became the studio's house engineer. Her break came in 1995 when Sheryl Crow fired her producer and hired Shoemaker to engineer her self-produced, self-titled second album '' Sheryl Crow''. Mark Howard (born June 8, 1964 in Manchester, England) is a Canadian record producer, engineer, and mixer, who has worked with artists including Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, The Tragically Hip, Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson, Marianne Faithfull, Emmylou Harris, U2, Peter Gabriel, R.E.M., Neil Young, and The Neville Brothers. Career Howard began his career in Hamilton, Ontario, mixing shows in local clubs, and touring across Canada with King Biscuit Boy. After a motorbike accident which left him unable to lift heavy equipment, he began working as an assistant at Grant Avenue Studios.
