Hans Christian Albert Hansen
Hans Christian Albert Hansen (26 December 1847 – 4 August 1925) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was Minister of Labour from 1903 to 1905. Biography He was born in Fredrikshald (now Halden), studied in Stockholm and graduated in engineering in 1868. From 1868 to 1874 he worked as an engineer in Sweden, overseeing the construction of canals, railroad and roads. From 1874 to 1878 he worked with railroads in Norway: Trondhjem–Størenbanen and Smaalensbanen. In 1878 he was hired as county engineer of Buskeruds Amt (now Buskerud). He became a member of the city council in Drammen, and was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1900, representing the urban constituency Drammen. He was later re-elected on one occasion. Østfold
Østfold is a traditional region, a former county and a current electoral district in southeastern Norway. It borders Akershus and southwestern Sweden (Västra Götaland County and Värmland), while Buskerud and Vestfold are on the other side of Oslofjord. The county's administrative seat was Sarpsborg. The county controversially became part of the newly established Viken County on 1 January 2020. Many manufacturing facilities are situated here, such as the world's most advanced biorefinery, Borregaard in Sarpsborg. Fredrikstad has shipyards. Buskerud Politicians
Buskerud () is a former county and a current electoral district in Norway, bordering Akershus, Oslo, Oppland, Sogn og Fjordane, Hordaland, Telemark and Vestfold. The region extends from the Oslofjord and Drammensfjorden in the southeast to Hardangervidda mountain range in the northwest. The county administration was in modern times located in Drammen. Buskerud was merged with Akershus and Østfold into the newly created Viken County on 1 January 2020. Ulrik Frederik Christian Arneberg
Ulrik Frederik Christian Arneberg (15 June 1829 – 30 October 1911) was a Norwegian jurist and elected official for the Conservative Party. Biography Arneberg was born in the village of Vanse in Vest-Agder, Norway. His father Ulrik Frederik Arneberg (1795-1835) was the senior priest at Vanse Church (''Vanse kirke'') in Farsund. After taking artium in 1846, he passed his legal examination in 1852. Arneberg became a proxy for Niels Andreas Thrap who served as the magistrate in Kristiania (now Oslo) until his death in 1856. In 1861 he became a Supreme Court Attorney, in 1866 assessor at the city count of Kristiania and in 1872 the Justiciar.
