Hanna Vasylivna Maliar ( uk, Ганна Василівна Маляр, translit=Hanna Vasylivna Maliar; born ) is a Ukrainian lawyer and educator who has been serving as one of the several Deputy Ministers of Defense under Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal since . A graduate of the International Institute of Linguistics and Law in Kyiv, she was a docent at the same institute before she began working for the state. Early life and education Hanna Maliar was born on in Kyiv, which was then part of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, a constituent republic of the Soviet Union. She graduated from Kyiv's International Institute of Linguistics and Law in 2000. She earned the right to practice law in 2007. Mobilization is the act of assembling and readying military troops and supplies for war. Conscription, sometimes called "the draft", is the compulsory enlistment of people in a national service, most often a military service. Historically, only men have been subjected to military drafts.
