Hanna Kosonen
Hanna Kosonen (born 27 February 1976) is a Finnish politician and former ski-orienteering competitor. She was Finland's Minister of Science and Culture from August 2019 till August 2020. She became double junior world champion in ski orienteering in 1996. She won a bronze medal in the long distance at the 2000 World Ski Orienteering Championships, and a gold medal in the relay. Her best performances in the World Cup in Ski Orienteering were placing fourth overall in 2000, and fifth overall in 2001. She has been a member of the Finnish Parliament for the Centre Party since 2015, and was appointed Minister of Science and Culture in Antti Rinne's cabinet in August 2019 for the duration of Annika Saarikko's maternity leave. South-Eastern Finland (constituency)
Southeast Finland ( fi, Kaakkois-Suomi; sv, Sydöstra Finland) is one of the 13 electoral districts of the Parliament of Finland, the national legislature of Finland. The district was established in 2013 by the merger of Kymi and South Savo districts. It is conterminous with the regions of Kymenlaakso, South Karelia and South Savo. The district currently elects 15 of the 200 members of the Parliament of Finland using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. There are thirteen constituencies in Finland, nowadays called electoral districts by the Finnish Parliament. (The English word "constituency" is confusing due to its various meanings.) The citizens of each electoral district elect from 6 to 35 MPs (members of parliament), depending on the population of the district, but 05 Åland only elects one. The boundaries of the electoral districts are based on the province division in use from 1634 to 1997 and has remained basically the same since the first parliamentary election in 1907. In 1939, the constituency of Northern Oulu was divided between the constituencies of Lapland and Oulu. The constituency of Southern Oulu was renamed to Oulu in the process. After the Continuation War, the electoral districts of Eastern and Western Viipuri, which lost much of their territories to the Soviet Union, were united to the new constituency of Kymi. Borovets ( bg, Боровец ), known as Chamkoria ( ) until the middle of the 20th century, is a popular Bulgarian mountain resort situated in Sofia Province, on the northern slopes of Rila, at an altitude of 1350 m.
