	Hanin Elias Hanin Elias (born 31 May 1972) is a Syrian German industrial/techno artist. She was a member of Atari Teenage Riot and is now a solo artist. After Atari Teenage Riot's non-definitive break in 2000, and the subsequent death of Carl Crack from a drug overdose, the members of ATR split up, and Elias set up her own record label, Fatal Recordings. Background Elias was born in Wittlich, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany and spent three years of her early life living in Syria. A member of a conservative family living under an autocratic father, when the family moved to Berlin she ran away from home and started squatting in the city. 	Haneen Zoabi Haneen Zoabi ( ar, حنين زعبي, he, חנין זועבי; born 23 May 1969), is a Palestinian-Israeli politician. The first Arab woman to be elected to the legislature on an Arab party's list, she served as a member of the Knesset for the Balad party between 2009 and 2019. In 2021, she was convicted of forgery and fraud after pleading guilty. Biography Haneen Zoabi was born in Nazareth to a Muslim family. 	Leo Hanin Arie Leo Hanin (20 November 1913 – 21 September 2008) was a Lithuanian-American political activist. Born into a Jewish family in November 1913 in Vilna (Wilno, Vilnius), then in Russian Empire, he and his family left for Harbin, Manchuria (northern China), in 1916. There Leo joined a Zionist group and studied Jewish history at a Jewish primary school, and then studied at a Russian secondary school. When Japan occupied Manchuria in 1931, he went to Shanghai where attended a British school, and also served in the Jewish Shanghai Volunteer Corps. He was a leader of Shanghai Betar, the Revisionist Zionist youth organization. In 1937, he moved to Kobe, Japan, to work in a textile firm.
