In 2009 she became Vice-President of Istanbul Special Provincial Council and a President of the EU and International Relations Committee. Hande Özyürek (born 1976) is a Turkish violinist. She has been a member of the Munich Radio Orchestra since 2003 and has released a solo CD. She also teaches at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.
