Julian Hails
Julian Hails (born 20 November 1967) is an English former professional Association football, footballer who played in the Football League as a midfielder for Fulham F.C., Fulham and Southend United F.C., Southend United. He is a maths teacher at the St Albans High School for Girls. Biography Football career Hails was studying for a Mathematics, maths Bachelor's degree, degree and playing part-time at Hemel Hempstead Town F.C., Hemel Hempstead Town, before being offered a trial at Fulham F.C., Fulham. Part of the deal that took Hails to Fulham was that he could stay on and finish his degree. He joined Fulham permanently in 1990. He played as a right-Midfielder (association football), winger for Fulham, a position his father used to play for Lincoln City F.C., Lincoln City, Peterborough United F.C., Peterborough United, Luton Town F.C., Luton Town and Northampton Town F.C., Northampton Town. Robert Hails
Robert E. Hails (January 20, 1923 – March 16, 2012) was an American military officer who served as the vice commander of Tactical Air Command, Air Force deputy chief of staff for systems and logistics at the Pentagon, and commander of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center. He flew a B-24 during the Pacific Theater of World War II and later was one of the few to fly the SR-71 Blackbird. As the Director of Maintenance Engineering, Air Force Logistics Command, he was responsible for engineering and developing pilotless reconnaissance aircraft used during the Vietnam War. Hails became a member of the Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame and the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame and later worked for McDonnell Douglas and Vought Corporation Vought was the name of several related American aerospace firms. Billy Hails
Billy Hails (19 February 1935 – 19 March 2017) was an English professional footballer. Hails was born in Nettlesworth, County Durham. He joined Peterborough United from Lincoln City in 1955, where he won the Midland League five times and won the Fourth Division in the 1960–61 season. He made 318 appearances and scored 114 goals for Peterborough before leaving for Northampton Town in 1962, with whom he won the Third Division in the 1962–63 season. After leaving Northampton, Hails had spells with Luton Town, Nuneaton Borough, and Rugby. He returned to Peterborough in the late 1960s as a member of coaching staff, and was an assistant to manager John Barnwell in 1977. Hails took over from Barnwell as manager in 1978, managing nine games until Peter Morris took over in February 1979. Hails joined Watford in 1979 and was part of the backroom staff under Graham Taylor in the 1980s. Hails died in Watford on 19 March 2017, aged 82, having suffered from Alzheimer's disease ...

Rosie Hails
Rosemary S. Hails is a British population ecologist and entomologist and the current Director of Science and Nature at the National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty. Prior to this appointment she was the Director of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Science for UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, managing and directing the science of 350 ecologists and hydrologists, in collaboration with the Science Director for Water and Pollution Science. Professor Hails successfully led the development of UKCEH's national capability research programme delivered by the Research Centre, which cuts across the complete portfolio of expertise. She has led the Valuing Nature Programme for NERC, since October 2014, and is currently a CoInvestigator in the NERC Funded "RENEW" and "RestReco" Projects. William Hails
William Anthony Hails or Hailes (1766-1845) was an English miscellaneous writer. Life The son of a shipwright, he was born at Newcastle upon Tyne on 24 May 1766. An accident in his childhood prevented him from attending school until his eleventh year. He learnt the alphabet from an old church prayer-book, and his father taught him writing and arithmetic. He remained at school only three years, after which he worked as a shipwright for sixteen years. He acquired a good knowledge of Latin and Greek, and also studied Hebrew, together with some other oriental languages. He wrote several papers for the ''Classical Journal'' and contributed to the '' Gentleman's Magazine'' and '' Monthly Magazine''. Hails ultimately became a schoolmaster at Newcastle, but had only moderate success. He was a Wesleyan Methodist, and preached occasionally in the chapel of his sect at Newcastle.
