Mohammad Hafiz bin Mohd Nor (born 22 August 1988) is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a full-back or winger for Singapore Premier League club Lion City Sailors and the Singapore national team. Club career Tanjong Pagar United A late bloomer, Hafiz began his professional football career with Tanjong Pagar United in the S.League in 2011, at the age of 22. After joining Home United in 2012, Hafiz return to Tanjong Pagar in the mid transfer for the remaining of the 2012 S.League, 2012 and 2013 S.League season. He won the S.League Goal of the Season award in 2013 and earned himself his first call-up for Singapore national football team, Singapore. 2019 Singapore Premier League
The 2019 Singapore Premier League (also known as the AIA Singapore Premier League due to sponsorship reasons) was the 2nd season of the Singapore Premier League, the top-flight Singaporean professional league for association football clubs, since its rebranding in 2018. A major overhaul from the new FAS management was made from this season onwards to improve the standard of Singapore football. The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. Singapore League Cup
The Singapore League Cup was an annual soccer competition in Singapore. It was launched in 2007, and was open to teams who play in the S.League. The 2007 competition was sponsored by SingTel, and officially titled the SingTel League Cup. Eight of the twelve S.League teams took part in the 2007 tournament, which was held before the start of the S.League season proper. In 2008, the competition's official sponsored name was the Avaya-J&J League Cup (with sponsorship coming from Avaya and Jebsen & Jessen Communications). All twelve S.League teams took part in the 2008 tournament. Unlike the 2007 event, the 2008 competition was held during the S.League season. Singapore Cup
The Singapore Cup is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic Singaporean football. Established in 1998, it is the foremost football cup competition in the country. It is open to clubs in the Singapore Premier League. Since 2005, foreign teams from other countries in Southeast Asia are occasionally invited to compete in the Singapore Cup. Chonburi Province FC from Thailand was the first foreign club reaching the final in 2006 (they lost 3–2 in the final to local club Tampines Rovers). In 2009, Bangkok Glass became the second foreign team to reach the final, losing against local club Geylang United, but they beat Tampines Rovers in 2010 to become the first foreign winners of the Singapore Cup. 2022 AFF Championship
The 2022 AFF Championship (officially AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022 due to sponsorship reasons) was the 14th edition of the AFF Championship, the football championship of nations affiliated to the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) and was the 1st edition under the name AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup. The final tournament ran from 20 December 2022 to 16 January 2023. Thailand were the defending champions, and won the tournament by a 3–2 aggregate score in the two-legged final against Vietnam to secure their seventh title. Myanmar National Football Team
The Myanmar national football team ( my, မြန်မာ့လက်ရွေးစင်အမျá€á€¯á€¸á€žá€¬á€¸á€¡á€žá€„်း) represents Myanmar in men's international association football and are governed by the Myanmar Football Federation. They were known as the Burma national football team until 1989, when Burma was renamed Myanmar. Muhammad Nur Adam Bin Abdullah (born 13 April 2001) more commonly known as Nur Adam Abdullah or monoymously as Nur Adam, is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a full-back or winger for Singapore Premier League club Lion City Sailors and the Singapore national team. Beginnings and breakthrough Nur Adam went on a training stints with Japan clubs, Matsumoto Yamaga and Omiya Ardija in 2015 and 2017 respectively which he was left impressed by the strong work ethic and technical ability. Nur Adam was nominated for the Dollah Kassim award in 2016 but didn't win the award. He was nominated again in 2018 and won the award. The AFC second round of 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification, which also served as the second round of 2023 AFC Asian Cup qualification, was played from 5 September 2019 to 15 June 2021. Format A total of forty teams were drawn into eight groups of five to play home-and-away round-robin matches. They included the 34 teams (teams ranked 1–34 in the AFC entrant list) which received byes to this round, and the six winners from the first round. Tatsuma Yoshida
is a Japanese football manager and former player. He was previously the head coach of the Singapore national team, serving from 2019 to 2021. He was most recently the head coach of Ventforet Kofu.
