Hadsten Sports Klub Håndbold is a handball club from Hadsten, Denmark. Currently, Hadsten SK competes in the women's Danish 1st Division. The home arena of the club is Vestjysk BANK Arena. Former female national team player Anne Dorthe Tanderup started her handball career as U8 player in Vissing-Hadsten HK and former national team player Maria Fisker has also played in the club. The club was formed in 2005 as a merger between Vissing-Hadsten HK and Hadsten Gymnastikforening. Danish 1st Division (Handball)
1st Division is the name of the second highest handball league for both genders. The top-ranking teams each wins promotion to Damehåndboldligaen and Danish Handball League, while the bottom finishers get relegated to the Danish 2nd Divisions. The division consists of 14 teams that meet each opponent once away and once at home. Skanderborg Håndbold is a women's handball club based in Skanderborg in Jutland, Denmark. The club was founded in 1982 and was the result of a merger between Stilling-Skanderborg and Vrold-Skanderborg Handball Club. Favrskov Municipality ( da, Favrskov Kommune, ) is a municipality in Central Denmark Region in Denmark north of Aarhus and is a part of the Aarhus area. Randers HK
Randers HK was a women's handball club based in Randers, Denmark. They competed in the Bambusa Kvindeligaen and played their home matches in Arena Randers. In November 2022, the club decided to declare itself bankrupt after failing to raise over DKK 5 million. The club was then withdrawn from the league, with immediately effect. History Randers HK was founded in 1996 as a collaborative effort between several smaller clubs from the Randers Municipality to create a handball team that could represent the region at top level. In 2000, they reached the final of the Women's EHF Challenge Cup. Gudme is a town in central Denmark with a population of 907 (1 January 2022), located in Svendborg municipality on the island of Funen in Region of Southern Denmark. Until 1 January 2007, it was the site of the municipal council of the now former Gudme municipality. History Gudme was an important site during the Iron Age.
