Frank Hadden
Frank Hadden (born 14 June 1954) is a Scottish rugby union coach. He is a former head coach of Scotland and Edinburgh Rugby. Hadden replaced Matt Williams and was appointed on 15 September 2005. Hadden coached the Merchiston Castle School 1st XV after being appointed Head of Physical Education at the school in 1983. He coached several Scottish age-group teams before being appointed assistant coach of the Caledonian Reds in 1997. He was later appointed coach of Edinburgh Gunners (now Edinburgh Rugby) in 2000 prior to becoming the Scotland coach. He has since coached Scotland to notable wins over England and France in the 2006 Six Nations and again winning the Calcutta Cup against England in the 2008 Six Nations. He parted company with the national side on 2 April 2009 after a second consecutive disappointing Six Nations where they finished second bottom after winning just one match. Hadden Irving Clark (born July 31, 1952) is an American veteran, murderer and serial killer, currently serving two 30-year sentences at Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, Maryland for the murders of 6-year-old Michele Lee Dorr in 1986, and 23-year-old Laura Houghteling in 1992. Briton Hadden (February 18, 1898 – February 27, 1929) was the co-founder of ''Time'' magazine with his Yale classmate Henry Luce. He was ''Time''s first editor and the inventor of its revolutionary writing style, known as Timestyle. Thomas Hadden (fl. 1840 – 1881) was American saloon keeper, criminal and underworld figure in New York City's infamous Fourth Ward during the mid-to late 19th century. He was the owner of a Cherry Street dive bar, a popular underworld hangout located next to Dan Kerrigan's place, and co-led the Dead Rabbits with Kit Burns. Alfred Ernest Hadden (often spelt Haddon) (1877 – 23 December 1936) was a cricketer who played first-class cricket for Auckland from 1906 to 1911, and played for New Zealand in the days before New Zealand played Test cricket. Martin Hadden is a British chef, who won a Michelin star at both Ockenden Manor and The Priory House. He was the winner of the Roux Scholarship in 1989, and after leaving the kitchen at the Priory House in 2003 he went on to become Executive Chef for the Historic Sussex Hotels group. Career In 1989, at the age of 19, Hadden won the Roux Scholarship, a prize awarded by Michel and Albert Roux to allow chefs to travel to three Michelin star restaurants to gain experience. J. Cuthbert Hadden (1861–1914) was a prolific Scottish author, journalist, biographer and organist. Life Hadden was born in Banchory, Aberdeenshire on 9 September 1859. His father was James Hadden, a general labourer, and his mother was Elizabeth Mathieson. He began his working life as a bookseller's assistant in Aberdeen and afterwards studied music in London while employed in the publishing house of George Routledge & Sons. He entered the musical profession and returned to Aberdeen as an organist. In 1881, he became organist of St Michael's Parish Church, Crieff.
