Hack Slap
Hack slap is a game that utilises a footbag or 'Hacky Sack'. The game is similar to the Australian handball rules people and the object is to keep the 'footbag' in the air by any means necessary, excluding hands. When someone fails to keep the footbag in the air, hit it with an upward trajectory, or the 'footbag' fails to make it to an opponents square, they are eliminated. Common rules Once the game is down to the final four competitors, the 'King' or server can opt to play semi finals, or 'Head to Head'. In this method of play, square 1 versus square 4 in a first to 3, while square 2 plays square 3. The winners of these match ups then play off in a Grand Final to determine the winner, which is also a first to 3 contest. In a first to 3 contest, the higher ranked player (e.g. King is higher than Dunce) serves. Similar to tennis, when a player wins a rally, they receive a point. Footbag
A footbag is a small, round bag usually filled with plastic pellets or sand, which is kicked into the air as part of a competitive game or as a display of dexterity. "Hacky Sack" is the name of a brand of footbag popular in the 1970s (currently owned by Wham-O), which has since become a generic trademark. The most common game of footbag consists of two or more players standing in a circle and trying to keep the sack off the ground for as long as possible. History Footbag-like activities have existed for many years. The game is similar to traditional Asian games of kicking the shuttlecock, known as ''jianzi'' or ''chapteh''. The game is also similar to some South East Asian games, such as ''chinlone'', ''sepak takraw'' and ''sipa''. This game is known as ''jegichagi'' (제기차기) in Korea. Australian Handball
__NOTOC__ Australian handball is a sport in which players hit a ball against one or more walls. Play Australian handball is similar to squash played without a racquet. The ball is served such that it makes direct contact with the front wall without having bounced on the ground. It must then be returned similarly by the opponent to the front wall before the ball bounces on the ground twice. It may also contact side walls to or from the front wall, but once a player has struck the ball with hand, it must make contact with the front before touching the ground. The game is played in singles or doubles format. There are 1, 3 or 4 wall versions of this game. Four Square
Four square is a team sport played among two teams with two players each on a square court divided into four quadrants: A, B, C, and D (usually numbers 3, 4, 2, and 1, respectively, depending on the court.) The square that a player gets to before anyone else immediately becomes their position in the game. The objective of four square is to eliminate players on the opposing team to achieve the highest rank on the court, and this is done by bouncing the ball back and forth between quadrants. A player on one team may bounce the ball to an opponent team’s player’s square, and tries to bounce the ball in a state that the player on the opposing team can not hit it to another square. The winning team will move up in the ranks, and the team that reaches the highest rank, A (usually number 3 on numbered courts depending on the court), first, wins, with all the losing team’s players being eliminated.
