HSwMS Hälsingland (Hgd)
HSwMS ''Hälsingland'' (Hgd), was the second submarine of the . The vessel was named after Hälsingland, Sweden. The submarine was launched on 31 August 1987 and entered service with the Swedish Navy on 20 October 1988. ''Hälsingland'' served with the Swedish Navy until 1997 when the submarine was decommissioned. In 2005 ''Hälsingland'' and sister boat were sold to Singapore, where ''Hälsingland'' was renamed RSS ''Archer'' and entered service on 2 December 2011. ''Archer'' remains in service. Hälsingland (), sometimes referred to as Helsingia in English, is a historical province or ''landskap'' in central Sweden. It borders Gästrikland, Dalarna, Härjedalen, Medelpad and the Gulf of Bothnia. It is part of the land of Norrland. Administration The traditional provinces of Sweden serve no administrative or political purpose, but are historical and cultural entities. The Royal Thai Navy ( Abrv: RTN, ทร.; th, กองทัพเรือไทย, ) is the naval warfare force of Thailand. Dornier 228
The Dornier 228 is a twin-turboprop STOL utility aircraft, designed and first manufactured by Dornier GmbH (later DASA Dornier, Fairchild-Dornier) from 1981 until 1998. Two hundred and forty-five were built in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. In 1983, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) bought a production licence and manufactured another 125 aircraft in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. In July 2017, 63 aircraft were still in airline service. In 2009, RUAG started building a Dornier 228 New Generation in Germany.
