Ryazan ( rus, Рязань, p=rʲɪˈzanʲ, a=ru-Ryazan.ogg) is the largest city and administrative center of Ryazan Oblast, Russia. Anatoli Vladimirovich Fedotov (russian: Анатолий Владимирович Федотов; born May 11, 1966) is a Russian former professional ice hockey player who played four games in the National Hockey League. Career He began his career with his hometown team Kristall Saratov before moving to the Soviet Hockey League with HC Dynamo Moscow. He represented the USSR in the 1985 and 1986 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He also played on the Soviet Union's 1987 Canada Cup team. He then moved to North America in 1992 and played one game for the Winnipeg Jets, scoring two assists. He spent the season in the American Hockey League with the Moncton Hawks. Though he’d already played one game in the NHL, he was ruled ineligible for the rest of the season due to only signing an AHL contract, and was made available for the 1993 draft. Hockey Club Sibir Novosibirsk Oblast (russian: ХК Сибирь, en, Siberia HC), also known as HC Sibir or Sibir Novosibirsk, is a Russian professional ice hockey team based in Novosibirsk. They are members of the Chernyshev Division in the Kontinental Hockey League. History Ice hockey was introduced to Novosibirsk in 1948 by Ivan Tsyba, who returned from a hockey seminar in Moscow with equipment to play the sport. Immediately popular amongst the populace, the local sports society, Dynamo, decided to establish a hockey team. The first hockey rink was built in autumn 1948 near the Ob River. The National Junior Hockey League (NMHL) (formerly Junior Hockey League Division B) (russian: Национальная молодежная хоккейная лига (НМХЛ)) is the second level of the Junior Hockey League, the KHL's junior ice hockey league.
