H. B. Parkinson
Henry Broughton Parkinson (29 September 1884 – 19 August 1970) was a British film pioneer. He produced 85 films between 1918 and 1930 and directed more than 30 titles between 1920 and 1927. Blackburn () is an industrial town and the administrative centre of the Blackburn with Darwen borough in Lancashire, England. The town is north of the West Pennine Moors on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley, east of Preston and north-northwest of Manchester.
