Gwanggyo ( Kyonggi Univ.) Station is a metro station located in Gwanggyo, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is the only overground station in the line and built on the train depot. Suwon
Suwon (, ) is the capital and largest city of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea's most populous province which surrounds Seoul, the national capital. Suwon lies about south of Seoul. It is traditionally known as "The City of Filial Piety". With a population close to 1.3 million, it is larger than Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan, although it is not governed as a metropolitan city. Suwon has existed in various forms throughout History of Korea, Korea's history, growing from a small settlement to become a major industrial and cultural center. Kyonggi University (KGU; ) is an accredited, private higher education institution, established in 1947. KGU has over 17,000 students in majors in undergraduate and graduate programs on two campuses. Seoul Metropolitan Subway Stations
Although each station of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway differs, most share certain characteristics. Stations range in size, from tiny local stations to large transportation hubs.
