Guillaume Martin (born 9 June 1993) is a French cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career In June 2017, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France. While not necessarily considered a pre-race favourite for overall victory in the general classification, Martin finished just outside the top 20 in 2017 and 2018 and just outside the top 10 in 2019. Cofidis (2020–present) Having rode for since the start of the 2016 season, Martin joined ahead of the 2020 season. In August, Martin finished third overall at the Critérium du Dauphiné. He then rode in the Tour de France, in which he held third place overall from stages seven to twelve, before ultimately finishing eleventh overall. The 2018 Deutschland Tour was a road cycling stage race that took place between 23 and 26 August 2018. After a 10 year break, the Deutschland Tour held its 33rd edition and was rated as a 2.1 event as part of the 2018 UCI Europe Tour. The 2021 Tour de France was the 108th edition of the Tour de France, one of cycling's three grand tours. Originally planned for the Danish capital of Copenhagen, the start of the 2021 Tour (known as the ) was transferred to Brest because of the COVID-19 pandemic, with Copenhagen hosting four matches in the UEFA Euro 2020, which had also been rescheduled to 2021 because of the pandemic. Jonas Vingegaard Rasmussen (; born 10 December 1996) is a Danish cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam . He won the 2022 edition of the Tour de France. Vingegaard started as a youth rider for various Danish teams, making his breakthrough as a senior rider as part of UCI Continental team ColoQuick–Cult in 2016. The 2022 Tour des Alpes-Maritimes et du Var was a road cycling stage race that took place between 18 and 20 February 2022 in the departments of Alpes-Maritimes and Var in southeastern France. Mavic (bicycle Parts Company)
Mavic is a France-based bicycle parts manufacturer, its name an acronym for Manufacture d'Articles Vélocipédiques Idoux et Chanel. It was founded by Charles Idoux and Lucien Chanel in Lyon, France in the late 1800s. Mavic produced the first aluminium rim in 1934, and the first disc wheel in 1973. Also in 1973 Mavic introduced "neutral" support for all racing teams during cycle races. Mavic has developed many products over the years, including a Tour de France winning groupset, but is today focused on wheels. In 2019 Mavic was sold by Amer Sports to the equity firm Regent, LP. Odd Christian Eiking (born 28 December 1994) is a Norwegian cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Born in Stord, Eiking was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España. In August 2017, Eiking signed a contract with and joined them ahead of the 2018 season. In July 2019, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France. At the 2021 Vuelta a España, Eiking was part of a 31-rider breakaway group on the tenth stage, from which he was the highest-placed rider in the general classification, trailing race leader Primož Roglič () by just over nine minutes overnight.
