Gregg Wylde
Gregg Wylde (born 23 March 1991) is a Scottish footballer who plays for Dumbarton in Scottish League Two. He started his career with Rangers, but voluntarily left the club in March 2012, soon after it entered administration. He has since played for Bolton Wanderers, Aberdeen, St Mirren, Plymouth Argyle and Millwall, as well as having spells at Bury, Northampton Town, Morecambe, Livingston, Clyde and East Kilbride. Career Rangers Wylde joined the Rangers youth system from Old Firm rivals Celtic when he was 14. He made his first-team debut as a late substitute against Hamilton Academical on 29 August 2009. In the 2010–11 season, Wylde made his European debut in the Europa League last 16 tie against PSV, coming on as a substitute for Kyle Lafferty in the 80th minute, as Rangers drew 0–0 with the Dutch side. Dumbarton F
Dumbarton (; also sco, Dumbairton; ) is a town in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland, on the north bank of the River Clyde where the River Leven flows into the Clyde estuary. In 2006, it had an estimated population of 19,990. Dumbarton was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Strathclyde, and later the county town of Dunbartonshire. Dumbarton Castle, on top of Dumbarton Rock, dominates the area. Dumbarton was a Royal burgh between 1222 and 1975. The Scotland national under-17 football team, controlled by the Scottish Football Association, is Scotland's national Under-17 football team and is considered to be a feeder team for the Scotland national football team. Motherwell F
Motherwell ( sco, Mitherwall, gd, Tobar na Màthar) is a town and former burgh in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom, south east of Glasgow. It has a population of around 32,120. Historically in the parish of Dalziel and part of Lanarkshire, Motherwell is the headquarters for North Lanarkshire Council. Ally McCoist
Alistair Murdoch McCoist, (; born 24 September 1962) is a Scottish former footballer who has since worked as a manager and TV pundit. McCoist began his playing career with Scottish club St Johnstone before moving to English side Sunderland in 1981. He returned to Scotland two years later and signed with Rangers. McCoist had a highly successful spell with Rangers, becoming the club's record goalscorer and winning nine successive league championships between 1988–89 and 1996–97. He later played for Kilmarnock. McCoist was inducted into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame in 2007. He is also a member of the Scotland Football Hall of Fame, having gained 61 international caps. 2011 Scottish League Cup Final
The 2011 Scottish League Cup Final was the final match of the 2010–11 Scottish League Cup, the 65th season of the Scottish League Cup. It was played by Old Firm rivals Celtic F.C., Celtic and Rangers F.C., Rangers. Rangers won the trophy after Overtime (sports)#Association football, extra time 2–1. Route to the Final Celtic As Celtic F.C., Celtic had been competing in Europe, they entered the competition in the third round. Kyle Lafferty
Kyle Joseph George Lafferty (born 16 September 1987) is a Northern Irish professional footballer who currently plays for NIFL Premiership club Linfield and the Northern Ireland national team. Lafferty began his professional career with English side Burnley, where he made 89 appearances. He signed for Rangers in 2008 for £3.25 million and won three Scottish Premier League titles, the Scottish Cup once and the Scottish League Cup twice with the club. In 2012 Lafferty chose not to transfer over to the new company, moving to Switzerland's FC Sion. He signed for Serie B club Palermo in 2013 and led them to promotion as champions in his only season before joining Norwich City. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. The Old Firm is the collective name for the Scottish football clubs Celtic and Rangers, which are both based in Glasgow. The Scottish League Two, known as cinch League Two for sponsorship reasons, is the fourth tier of the Scottish Professional Football League, the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish League Two was established in July 2013, after the Scottish Professional Football League was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. Since the 2014–15 season, the bottom team has entered a play-off against the winner of a play-off between the winners of the Highland and Lowland Leagues for a place in the following season's competition.
