Greenwheel
Greenwheel was an American alternative rock band formed by friends Ryan Jordan, Brandon Armstrong, Andrew Dwiggins, Douglas Randall, and Marc Wanninger in November 1998. The band was formed in St. Charles, Missouri, in a local record shop. This group of high school bandmates were originally called Hindsight before changing their name to Soma Holiday. They released a self-titled album that same year which garnered them local attention. After this brief period, they went underground, performing only occasionally. Major label success One night at a local club, vocalist Ryan Jordan passed a copy of their self-produced CD to producer Malcolm Springer. Springer was impressed by the album and took the band to Memphis, Tennessee for pre-production work on a four-track demo CD that he later recorded with the band in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2000, the group renamed themselves Greenwheel began performing at various venues in New York City in support of the new Springer-produced demo CD. ... ''Lucky'' is the eighth album by singer-songwriter Melissa Etheridge, released in 2004. Lucky made a debut on Billboard chart at No. 15 with almost 92,000 copies sold. "Tuesday Morning" is dedicated to the memory of Mark Bingham, his family and friends, paying tribute to all the heroes of 9/11. Injected was an American rock band, inspired by acts such as Helmet, Refused and Quicksand. History After forming in the mid-1990s by a group of high school friends and spending years gathering a strong following on the Atlanta rock scene, Injected released its major label debut, '' Burn It Black'', on February 26, 2002 on Island Records. The album was produced by another Atlanta native, former Marvelous 3 frontman and ''Rolling Stone'' noted producer Butch Walker (Sevendust, Rock Star Supernova, Avril Lavigne). Family Arena
The Family Arena is a multi-purpose arena in St. Charles, Missouri, built in 1999. The arena seats 9,643 for hockey, 9,755 for football, 10,467 for basketball, 6,339 for half-house concerts and up to 11,522 for end-stage concerts. In addition to sporting events, concerts, circuses and ice shows the arena is also used for trade shows with a total of of exhibit space ( on the arena floor and on the arena concourse). Currently it is home to the St. Louis Ambush of the Major Arena Soccer League. The Family Arena hosted Boeing Integrated Defense Systems' "Recommitment to Ethics Day" in 2005 and 2006 for Greater St. Louis. In popular music, a cover version, cover song, remake, revival, or simply cover, is a new performance or recording by a musician other than the original performer or composer of the song.
