Grant Gondrezick
Grant Gondrezick Sr. (January 19, 1963 – January 7, 2021) was an American professional basketball player who took the court as a shooting guard. Basketball career After attending high school in his hometown, 6'5" Gondrezick played college basketball at Pepperdine University in the mid-1980s. He led the team in scoring during the 1983–84 season with a 13.7 points per game average, and was redshirted in the following year. In 1986, Gondrezick was drafted by the Phoenix Suns with the 77th pick of the NBA draft. He spent two seasons in the National Basketball Association, one apiece with the Suns and Los Angeles Clippers, averaging five points, two rebounds and one assist per game. Glen Michael 'Gondo' Gondrezick (August 30, 1955 – April 27, 2009) was an American basketball player who operated as either a shooting guard or a small forward ( swingman). Basketball career Born in Boulder, Colorado, he attended Boulder High School in his hometown. The 6'6" Gondrezick played collegiately at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A starter on the Runnin' Rebels' first Final Four team in 1977, his jersey number 25 would be retired by the program twenty years later. Gondrezick was drafted by the New York Knicks in 1977, in the second round (26th pick overall). Kysre Rae Gondrezick (born July 27, 1997) is an American professional basketball player who is currently a free agent. She previously played for the WNBA's Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky. High school and college career Gondrezick attended Benton Harbor High School in Michigan. She was named 2016 Michigan Miss Basketball and Michigan Gatorade POY playing for Benton Harbor High School with her mom serving as an assistant coach.
