Graeme Storm
Graeme Raymond Storm (born 13 March 1978) is an English professional golfer. Career Storm was born in Hartlepool. He learnt his trade at Hartlepool Golf Club, where he still holds the course record of 62. He won The Amateur Championship in 1999 and represented Great Britain & Ireland in the Walker Cup, before turning professional in 2000. Storm initially had difficulty establishing himself on the European Tour, and took a job in a local cake factory in the off season to help finance his early years as a professional. In 2004 he recorded two wins on the second tier Challenge Tour on his way to fourth in the end of season rankings, and automatic graduation back to the European Tour for 2005. That season he made a major advance by finishing 31st on the European Tour Order of Merit, an improvement of 90 places on his previous best. Alstom Open De France
The Open de France is a European Tour golf tournament. Inaugurated in 1906 it is the oldest national open in Continental Europe and has been part of the European Tour's schedule since the tour's inception in 1972. The 100th edition of the event was held in 2016. The 2022 edition will take place between 22 and 25 September on the Golf National course. There will be €3 million of prize fund. Last edition played was the 2019 tournament, won by Nicolas Colsaerts. Originally played at La Boulie, the tournament has been hosted by many different venues, but since 1991, it has been held at the Le Golf National near Paris every year except for 1999 and 2001. Brooks Koepka
Brooks Koepka (, born May 3, 1990) is an American professional golfer who plays on the LIV Golf tour. In October 2018, he became world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking for 47 weeks after winning the 2018 CJ Cup. He won the U.S. Open in 2017 and 2018, and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first golfer in history to hold back-to-back titles in two majors simultaneously. He started his career on the European Challenge Tour and eventually the European Tour. He played college golf at Florida State University. Koepka claimed his first major championship at the U.S. Open in 2017 at Erin Hills, Wisconsin. David Lipsky (golfer)
David Lipsky (born July 14, 1988) is an American professional golfer. Lipsky played college golf at Northwestern University where he was an All-American and won the 2010 Big Ten individual championship. Lipsky turned professional after graduating in 2011. He joined the Asian Tour in 2012 and won the Handa Faldo Cambodian Classic in his third start on the tour. In 2014 he won the Omega European Masters, a European Tour event co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour; he went on to win the 2014 Asian Tour Order of Merit. Since that victory, he has competed predominantly on the European Tour and won for the second time at the Alfred Dunhill Championship in 2018. He has also played on the second-tier Korn Ferry Tour in the United States, winning once. Omega European Masters
The Omega European Masters is the Swiss stop on professional men's golf's European Tour, and in 2009 it became the first event in Europe to be co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour. Founded as the Swiss Open in 1923, the tournament was prefixed with European Masters in 1983, before dropping Swiss Open from the title in 1992. During the 1971 event, Baldovino Dassù became the first player to score 60 for 18 holes on the European circuit. 2014 European Tour
The 2014 European Tour was the sixth edition of the Race to Dubai and the 43rd season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972. The schedule comprised 49 tournaments counting for the Race to Dubai, including the four major championships and four World Golf Championships, and concluded with four Final Series events culminating at the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai at the end of November. Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy won the Race to Dubai for the second time, having won two majors, a WGC and the European Tour's flagship event, the BMW PGA Championship, during the season. Sunshine Tour
The Sunshine Tour is a men's professional golf tour based in Southern and East Africa. For much of its early history it was known either as the South African Tour or Sunshine Circuit; through sponsorship deals, it has also been known as the Vodacom Tour and the FNB Tour. For the 2000–01 season the tour rebranded itself as the ''Sunshine Tour'' in an attempt to broaden its appeal. A large majority of the tour events are still staged in South Africa. The South African Open is one of the oldest national open golf championships in the world, having first been played in 1903, and is one of the principal tournaments on the Southern-Africa-based Sunshine Tour. Since 1997 it has also been co-sanctioned by the European Tour. Søren Hansen
Søren Hansen (born 21 March 1974) is a Danish professional golfer. Hansen was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. He won the 1997 Danish Amateur Stroke Play Championship and turned professional later that year. Hansen collected his first professional win at the Challenge Tour's 1998 Navision Open Golf Championship in his home country. Since 1999 he has been a member of the European Tour where he has picked up two tournament victories. He won the 2002 Murphy's Irish Open, where he won at the fourth extra hole in a play-off against Richard Bland, Niclas Fasth and Darren Fichardt. He also won the 2007 Mercedes-Benz Championship by a margin of four strokes. His best Order of Merit finish is 8th in 2007. 2007 European Tour
The 2007 European Tour was the 36th golf season since the European Tour officially began in 1972. The season began with six tournaments in late 2006 and consisted of record 52 official money events, surpassing the 2005 and 2006 seasons. This included the four major championships and three World Golf Championships, which were also sanctioned by the PGA Tour. 29 events took place in Europe, 12 in Asia, six in the United States, three in South Africa, one in Australia and one in New Zealand.
