Sergey Konstantinovich Nosov (russian: Сергей Константинович Носов; born 17 February 1961) is a Russian politician currently serving as the 5th Governor of Magadan Oblast since 13 September 2018. He was a member of the from 28 January to 2 August 2019, and again since 21 December 2020. He is a member of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party. He was the mayor of Nizhny Tagil from 2012 to 2018, the Vice-Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast from July to October 2012, and was the General Director of the Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Plant from 1999 to 2005. Nikolay Nikolayevich Dudov (russian: Николай Николаевич Дудов, born 1952) is a Russian politician, who was the Governor of Magadan Oblast of Russia in 2003–2013. Biography Nikolay Dudov was born on 1 January 1952 in the town of Severo-Zadonsk (now part of Donskoy, Tula Oblast). Since 1969 he has been a locksmith at a condenser plant. In 1970-1972 he served in the Soviet Army, reaching the rank of senior sergeant. Dudov continued to work as a mechanic at the plant to 1978, when he moved to Chukotka. There he worked as a senior electrician on duty, and then as a shift supervisor at the Chukotka CHPP. 2018 Russian Gubernatorial Elections
2018 Gubernatorial elections in Russia were held in 26 federal subjects of Russia. 22 federal subjects had direct elections and 4 federal subjects had indirect elections of governors. The main election day was held on 9 September. In addition, the second round was held in four regions: in two regions it was held on 26 September, in one region on 11 November. In Primorsky Krai, the second round was held on 16 September, but its results were declared invalid, in connection with which new elections will be held on 16 December. Vladimir Petrovich Pechyony (Russian: Владимир Петрович Печёный; born 20 June 1949), is a Ukrainian-born Russian statesman, who had served as the 4th governor of Magadan Oblast from 2013 to 2018. Pechyony had also served as the mayor of Magadan from 2004 to 2013. He is a member of the General Council of the United Russia party since 2012, and has been a member of the party since its inception. Biography Vladimir Pechyony was born on 20 June 1949 in the city of Chernivtsi, Ukraine. In 1974 he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Chernivtsi State University (now Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovich).
