Governor's Cup 200
The Sprecher 150 is a annual ARCA Menards Series/ARCA Menards Series East combination race held at the Milwaukee Mile in West Allis, Wisconsin. The event returned to the ARCA schedule in 2021 for the first time since 2007. It was originally held from 1982 and 1983 before being brought back from 2005 through 2007. The ARCA Menards Series East, formerly the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, joined the ARCA Menards Series in this race starting in 2021 and it became one of three combination races for the two series, the others being Iowa and Bristol. History ARCA first raced at the Milwaukee Mile in 1958 with races co-sanctioned with USAC. ARCA brought the Milwaukee Mile back to its schedule on June 4, 2005. ARCA Menards Series
The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car series, the premier division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). It is considered a minor, semi-professional league of stock car racing, used as a feeder series into the three national touring series of NASCAR, and hosts events at a variety of track types including superspeedways, road courses, and dirt tracks. The series has had a longstanding relationship with NASCAR, including using former NASCAR Cup Series cars, hosting events in the same race weekend such as Daytona Speedweeks, and naming an award after NASCAR founder Bill France, Sr. However, the series was not officially affiliated with NASCAR until its buyout on April 27, 2018. The series was known as the ARCA Permatex SuperCar Series from 1986 until 1991, the ARCA Hooters SuperCar Series from 1993 until 1995, and as the ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series from 1996 to 2000. Chad Blount
Chad Blount (born September 4, 1979) is an American former stock car racing driver. He raced in all three of NASCAR's major series, with his last appearance coming in 2010. NASCAR career Nextel Cup Series Blount made his debut in the then-Nextel Cup Series during the 2004 season. Driving the No. 37 R&J Racing Dodge, he attempted two races and was able to make the Tropicana 400, but finished 43rd after a mechanical failure. He also made one start in the No. 06 Mobil 1 Dodge for Penske-Jasper Racing at Talladega, however he finished 41st after an engine failure. Blount returned to the series in 2006 with plans to run the full season in the No. 37. After failing to qualify for the Daytona 500, he was released from the team. Dean Roper
Carol Dean Roper (December 26, 1938 – August 19, 2001) was an American stock car driver from Fair Grove, Missouri. Roper won three consecutive USAC Stock Car championships between 1981 and 1983. He also competed part time in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series and ARCA Racing Series. He was also the father of NASCAR driver Tony Roper. Racing career Local tracks Roper was an accomplished dirt late model racer in the Midwest. Roper's racing career began in 1960. He won five St. Louis area track titles from 1967 to 1973. Ken Butler III (born May 2, 1982) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is the older brother of Brett Butler and the son of Aaron's president Ken Butler. Butler III has driven in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, Camping World Truck Series, ARCA Racing Series, and the Pro Cup Series. James H. Buescher (born March 26, 1990) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is the 2012 Truck Series champion. After parting ways with NTS Motorsports in 2015, Buescher became a real estate agent. Clutch
A clutch is a mechanical device that engages and disengages power transmission, especially from a drive shaft to a driven shaft. In the simplest application, clutches connect and disconnect two rotating shafts (drive shafts or line shafts). In these devices, one shaft is typically attached to an engine or other power unit (the driving member), while the other shaft (the driven member) provides output power for work. Typically the motions involved are rotary, but linear clutches also exist. Tim Schendel (born May 10, 1979) is an American professional stock car racing driver. A past winner of the Toyota All-Star Showdown and champion of the NASCAR Midwest Tour, he has also competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the ASA Midwest Tour.
