The Government of President Vladislav Ardzinba was the first Government of the Republic of Abkhazia. Formation In February 1995, the Ministry for Energy was transformed into the state company Abkhazenergo, renamed to Chernomorenergo in June. The Ministry for Industry and the Ministry for Transport and Communication were also abolished. Viacheslav Mikhail-ipa Tsugba ( ab, Виачеслав Михаил-иҧа Цыгәба, ka, ვიაჩესლავ ცუგბა; born 1 January 1944) was the third Prime Minister of the Abkhazia, Republic of Abkhazia (a de facto independent republic of Georgia (country), Georgia) from December 1999 to May 2001. Sergei Shamba
Sergei Shamba ( ab, Сергеи Шамба, ka, სერგეი შამბა) is a senior politician from Abkhazia. He is currently a member of the People's Assembly of Abkhazia and Chairman of United Abkhazia. He was Prime Minister of Abkhazia under President Sergei Bagapsh from 13 February 2010 until 27 September 2011. Between 1997 and 2010 he had been Minister for Foreign Affairs under both Bagapsh and his predecessor Vladislav Ardzinba, with only a half-year interruption in 2004. Vladimir Zantaria
Vladimir Zantaria is a poet and politician from Abkhazia. From 1999 until 2004 he served first as Minister for Culture and then as Vice Premier in the Government of President Ardzinba. Early life and career Zantaria was born on 27 September 1953 in the village of Tamysh, Ochamchira District. In 1975, he graduated from the philological faculty of the Sukhumi State Pedagogical Institute. Nuri Gezerdaa
Nuri Gezerdaa (19 June 1959 – 13 April 2016) was an Abkhaz politician. Early life and education Gezerdaa was born on 19 June 1959 in Gudauta and graduated from school no. 1 there. In 1980, he graduated from the biological and geographical faculty of the Abkhazian State University. He went to the higher party school in Baku in 1985 and upon his graduation two years later became a senior lecturer at the Department of Philosophy. In 1988 he entered the graduate school of the Academy of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, where he defended his PhD thesis in 1991. Beslan (russian: Бесла́н; os, Беслӕн, ''Beslæn'', ) is a town and the administrative center of Pravoberezhny District of the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania, Russia, located about north of the republic's capital Vladikavkaz, close to the border with the Republic of Ingushetia.
