Gora Nevskaya (russian: link=no, гора Невская, meaning "Nevsky Mountain"), is a mountain in the Omsukchan Range, Kolyma Mountains. Magadan Oblast
Magadan Oblast ( rus, Магаданская область, r=Magadanskaya oblast, p=məgɐˈdanskəjə ˈobləsʲtʲ) is a federal subject (an oblast) of Russia. It is geographically located in the Far East region of the country, and is administratively part of the Far Eastern Federal District. Magadan Oblast has a population of 156,996 ( 2010 Census), making it the least populated oblast and the third-least populated federal subject in Russia. Magadan is the largest city and the capital of Magadan Oblast. The majority of the Oblast's inhabitants live in the city. The coastline has a less severe climate than the interiors, although both are very cold for its latitude. Okhandya Range
The Okhandya Range ( rus, Охандя or Оханджа) is a mountain range in Magadan Oblast, Far Eastern Federal District, Russia. The nearest airfield is Susuman Airport. The name of the range originated in the Even language. Geography The Okhandya Range rises in the southeastern area of the Chersky Range, to the north of the Upper Kolyma Highlands and east of the valley of the Byoryolyokh, the main tributary of the Ayan-Yuryakh. Dalstroy Aviation
Dalstroy (russian: Дальстро́й, ), also known as Far North Construction Trust, was an organization set up in 1931 in order to manage road construction and the mining of gold in the Russian Far East, including the Magadan Region, Chukotka, parts of Yakutia and parts of present-day Kamchatka Krai. Initially it was established as ''General Directorate of Construction in the Far North'' (Главное Управление строительства Дальнего Севера) under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union. In 1938 it was placed under the NKVD and in 1945 it was reorganized and renamed. After the 1952 reorganization it was known as ''Main Directorate of Camps and Construction of the Far North''.
