God's Country Radio Network
God's Country Radio Network was a Religious broadcasting radio network in the United States which launched in 2008. The majority of stations that the network aired on were owned by the non-profit organization Educational Media Foundation, though it also aired on some independent stations. God's Country Radio Network played a blend of Southern Gospel and Positive Country music. In November 2010, God's Country Radio Network left the air because it "didn't connect with enough listeners to sustain the expenses of the broadcast". It relaunched in January 2011 as a web-based only broadcaster, which has since shut down also. There is an unrelated "God's Country" network of stations in Maine, WMDR-FM and WWLN, owned by Light of Light Ministries. KGCL (90.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting the Spanish Christian radio network Radio Nueva Vida. Licensed to Jordan Valley, Oregon, United States, the station serves the Boise area. The station is currently owned by Educational Media Foundation. History The station was assigned the call letters KARO on 25 June 2002. On 27 March 2003, the station changed its call sign to KIDH, and on 24 September 2008 to the current KGCL. Hayti, Missouri
Hayti (pronounced "HAY-tie") is a city in eastern Pemiscot County, Missouri, United States. The population was 2,493 at the 2020 census. History Hayti was platted in 1894, when the railroad was extended to that point. According to one tradition, the name honors Dr. G. Hayes, an original owner of the site. It is also claimed the name is derived from the country of Haiti. A post office called Hayti has been in operation since 1895. Geography The city lies in eastern Pemiscot County, just west of the Mississippi River. Interstate 55 passes through the eastern half of Hayti, connecting the city with the Sikeston area to the north and Blytheville, Arkansas, to the south. Interstate 155 intersects I-55 near Hayti's southern border, and continues southeastward across the river into Tennessee. Belén (; es, Belén) is the second most populous city in Valencia County, New Mexico, United States, after its county seat, Los Lunas. The population was 7,360 at the 2020 Census. Belén is Spanish for Bethlehem but gained the nickname "The Hub City". KQGC (91.1 MHz) was a radio station in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, market signing on in Spring 2006. It was licensed to Belen, New Mexico, south of Albuquerque. It was also last owned by Carlos Arana, through licensee Carlos Arana Ministries, Inc., and broadcasts Spanish-Christian radio network Radio Nueva Vida. Prior to November 2010, the station aired the "God's Country Radio Network" Positive Country format. This station, however, had a weak signal in Albuquerque. Educational Media Foundation had filed an application with the FCC to move Santa Febased KSFR to Sandia Crest at 20,000 watts. Collins, Colorado, from the Federal Communications Commission on June 7, 2002, almost six years after filing the initial application. Roswell () is a city in, and the seat of, Chaves County in the U.S. state of New Mexico. Chaves County forms the entirety of the Roswell micropolitan area.
