Giorgos Karafeskos
Giorgos Karafeskos ( el, Γιώργος Καραφέσκος; born 8 December 1946) is a former Greek professional footballer who played as a midfielder, mostly for AEK Athens and a former manager. His nickname was ''"The Baby"'' ''( el, "Ο Μπέμπης")''. Club career Karafeskos started football from an early age, playing in the fields of his neighborhood like most children of that time. At the age of 13, in 1959 Karafeskos went with a friend to the stadium of AEK Athens in Nea Filadelfeia to participate in the trials for the club's academies. His friend was chosen immediately, in contrast to young Karafeskos who was rejected. The trials were also watched by the then coach of the first team, Lukas Aurednik, who, watching the little Karafeskos disappointed, called him by his side and asked him to do various exercises with the ball. Agioi Anargyroi
Agioi Anargyroi ( el, Άγιοι Ανάργυροι) is a suburb in the north-central part of the Athens agglomeration, Greece. It takes its name from the " Holy Unmercenaries": saints who received no payment for their medical services. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Agioi Anargyroi-Kamatero, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. Geography Agioi Anargyroi is located north of Athens city centre. The municipal unit has an area of 3.200 km2. The Yugoslavia national under-20 football team ( sh, Omladinska reprezentacija Jugoslavije) represented the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia at the FIFA World Youth Championship and various friendly youth tournaments in the period between the mid-1970s and the country's dissolution in the early 1990s. It was a feeder team to the Yugoslavia national under-21 football team (which was itself formed following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976). The World Military Cup is a football competition for national military teams. It is organized by the International Military Sports Council (CISM). The tournament has been held since 1946 and was originally called the World Military Championship. The name changed for the 2001 edition. Loukas Barlos ( el, Λουκάς Μπάρλος; 1920 – 20 October 1999) was a Greek businessman who served as the twenty third president of AEK Athens F.C. from 1974 until 1981. Early life Barlos was born and raised in Thessaloniki, but his place of origin was Distomo in Boeotia. As a youngster, he was a supporter of Aris and even tried out with the club.
